Returns

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition, along with any gift packaging to The Baby and Christening Gift Store, 30 Coolmine Business Park, Clonsilla Road, Dublin 15, Ireland within 28 days of purchase and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund. This guarantees is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We use Realex Credit Card Processing and Paypal to securely transmit your credit card information. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

Customs

When ordering Products from the Website to be delivered overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package arrives at the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
